One of the biggest challenges that media and event sales people continue to face is how do they get to engage with their clients? So in this video, I want to share a tip. Okay, let's start by checking in with where our clients are likely to be right now.So they're still trying to work out there kind of new normalthings are still very much up in the airand they're still trying to work out.What on Earth should I do next?Now here's the thing for marketers what they should do next should be determined by what is going to work for their customers and their potential customers, but they've got a problem and the problem is that actually they don't always have as close a relationship as they might like with their customers and potential customers and that's where you come in because actually you're perfectly placed to teach your clients about their customers and potential customers.And here's why, because your clients customers and potential customers are your audience.They're the people that visit your website.They come to your events that read your magazines.So here's a tip do some research do some research and actually find out as much as you can about your audience.Where are they now? Where do they want to get to as we exit this crisis?What kind of messages do they say that they would respond to from from clients.What messages would they see as a real turn off?So collate all that information and then use that information as a way to engage with new clients because what you have is insight into their customers and potential customers is gold dust to them now, that's exactly what they need.So use that as a gateway into new conversations, and actually hopefully those conversations once I've started will lead in a direction that is going to work very well for you.
