【T.R Bar & Kitchen 嶄新食尚新據點】
餐廳命名源自20年代大直重要產業台灣煉瓦株式會社 (Taiwan Renga)之英文縮寫，其菱形標記烙印了台灣高品質磚瓦的記憶，更是酒店餐飲追求卓越的象徵。走進餐廳，彷彿置身50年代基隆河畔的遊河慶典，將漁燈、龍鱗及船板結構等元素納入設計，富有故事且潮感十足。餐廳全區設有122個座位和一間可容納20位賓客使用的獨立VIP室，以及一個近700坪的多功能戶外露臺，可遠眺台北101與絕美城市景觀，打造各式主題派對，等待賓客發掘河畔驚喜。
此外，集結特色餐飲及時尚酒廊的空間，將在競爭激烈的餐飲市場中，凸顯「接地氣」、「樂分享」、「潮食尚」之品牌特色，並聘請米其林餐廳侯布雄L'ATELIER de Joël Robuchon前副主廚Frederic Jullien擔綱廚藝顧問，負責菜單設計、廚藝團隊建置及訓練，傳遞美好用餐體驗，獻上值得玩味的食尚選擇！

早餐：套餐供應，任選主餐(鮭魚班尼迪克蛋或豪華海鮮粥)，佐餐麵包及精選配 菜、現榨果汁無限續點

Combining a bar with an all-day dining kitchen, the T.R Bar & Kitchen is named after the English abbreviation of Taiwan Renga, an important industry in the Dazhi area during the 1920s. Its diamond shaped mark imprinted in the memories of high-quality bricks and tiles in Taiwan, it is also the symbol of excellence in the hotel’s pursuit of fine dining. Entering the restaurant, it is as if you have found yourself in the middle of a river festival on the banks of the Keelung River in the 1950s, with elements such as fishing lights, dragon scales, and boat structures integrated into the design, which is full of tales and feels trendy. The entire restaurant holds 122 seats and a separate VIP room for up to 20 guests, as well as a multi-functional outdoor terrace of nearly 700 pings (2314.05 square meters), which has a stunning view of Taipei 101 and the beautiful cityscape. Design a variety of theme parties, make it a riverside surprise for guests to discover.
T.R Bar & Kitchen specifically invites renowned French chef, Frederic Jullien for menu design, building and training of the culinary team, perfectly interpret the essence of Italian and French cuisine while adding elements of local Taiwanese ingredients, presenting a wonderful experience of “familiarity”, “sharing”, and “trendy!”.

"SQUID-On-a-STICK", "CHICKEN WINGS RISOTTO", "CHEF's SAUSAGE Pizza", "GOLDEN PUMPKIN SOUP" and M5 Wagyu Wellinton(reserved only) would be our first recommendation!

T.R Bar & Kitchen presents the “French Pizza Dessert” (NT$1,280+10% for two) from 15:00 to 17:00 every Saturday and Sunday, where you can taste the sweet pizza inspired by lemon tart, strawberry matcha, and coffee chocolate with two kinds of salty flavors of smoked salmon and pesto chicken. The fragrant coffee and various kinds of tea are all you can drink!
