Very crime ridden North side inner city neighborhood just South of the Metcalfe Park area. North 36th through North 39th Streets between Lisbon Ave. And North Ave, around Brown and Garfield Streets. It was almost 100 degrees out so not many people were outside, and it was unusually quiet.
