Sepultura - Refuse/Resist (Drum cover) Fons van Dijk

Third drum cover! This time it's Refuse/Resist by Sepultura. Cool song to play with a lot of groove. Iggor Cavalera is an awesome drummer and has always been a huge inspiration to me. There are a lot of doubles in the bass drum wich is fun to play. And also if you look closely you will see I lead most double bass parts with my right foot. I dont know why but it just feels better this way.

Everything was recorded at "Toneshed Recording Studio" with Erwin Hermsen (Who did the audio recording). We both did the camera work wich was a first for us both. It was a lot of trial and error and I'm happy with the end result. There are ofcourse at lot of things I can do better in the future but that is for the next time. All the video editing was done by my and I hope you will also like that haha!

This video is recorded in one take. What you hear is what you see. I like this because it gives an honest picture of how you play and not something that is completely edited and sounds better than you actually are. All the kit specs are at the end of the video.
