1. VANDER Must wait 5 turns in a row at start of map until 4 child units (10)
2. Anna buys tonics with her money made (5)
3. Vander uses 1 tonic per map when possible (5)

RULES - Meme Maddening Run

-Chat controls OLD MAN VANDER, can constantly tell me how to use him and I can do any of the orders.
-Only youth units and Alear are used
-Youth units include: Anna, Framme, Clanne, Jean, Hortensia, Veyle , CELINE
-Alear can use a master seal
-BOND RINGS for non-alear units
-Chat decides 2 units to master seal as a "promotion" into management, once on Chapter 10 and also on Chapter 15.
-Promoted units can use emblem rings, chat decides which emblem rings are used
-forges are allowed but must be decided on by chat
-Engraving allowed/decided by chat/voted on
-A mystery guest may appear at some point and do mysterious things (MYSTERY!!!)
-All statboosters MUST BE SAVED/not used including DLC statboosters (GREED)
