Pure and Care have a few different serums, all which target different problems. I decided to try this Niacinamide and Panthenol serum, as I needed something for breakouts. Pure and Care is an affordable skincare brand from Denmark. You can find their products in Normal, which is where I bought mine. When I do my reviews, I like to use a point system, where 10/10 is the highest praise. If nothing is wrong with the products, it will automatically get a top score.
