Maggi was already a high sodium food, and it is shocking that they have now introduced a pack with double masala.

On average, Indians consume around 4400 mg of sodium per day, when the recommended maximum limit is only 2000 mg. This is one of the reasons why India is also becoming the heart attack capital of the world.

I strongly recommend not giving Maggi double masala to your children, and I would avoid eating it myself as well. Trying it once or having it very occasionally is of course not harmful.
