I'll show you how to make my easy sourdough ciabatta recipe! My ciabatta has a delicate, thin crust on the outside with a soft and chewy crumb on the inside. It’s the perfect bread for sandwiches, dipping in soup, or simply eating with butter or cheese. There are no fancy folds or shaping techniques and you don’t even need a loaf pan. This bread recipe is also vegan and is a great way to use up any sourdough discard.

RECIPE (Yields 2 long loaves or 8 rolls)
500g bread flour (about 3 cups + 2 Tbs)
2 tsp himalayan pink salt
2 Tbs olive oil
2 Tbs of starter
1 ½ cup room temperature water
Bake at 400 deg F for 30-35 minutes
