Motor Canoe - 5.5HP Honda Lawn Mower Engine

Deel 2 van de gemotoriseerde kano : een Honda 5.5 PK 160CC motorblok van een grasmaaier en aangepaste carburateur, die 2 v-snaren aanstuurt. Waarvan 1 v-snaar de koelwaterpomp aandrijft en de andere de aandrijving verzorgd. De kano wordt aangedreven door een staartstuk van een 5PK Yamaha met een voor en achteruit. Om het blok goed te koelen loopt er een koperen leiding door het blok om de olie te koelen. Ook wordt het water gebruikt om de uitlaat te koelen. De uitlaat is door de bodem van de kano gemaakt om het koelwater terug te brengen en het geluid te verminderen.


Part 2 of the motorized canoe : A 5.5HP 160CC Honda motor from a lawn mower and a custom carburetor, which drives 2 V-Belts. 1 V-belt for the waterpump wich cools the exhaust. the pump is also pumping water through a copper pipe to cool the oil of the engine. the other V-belt drives the lower end of a 5HP outboord motor with a forward, neutral and reverse. The exhaust pipe runs through the bottom of the canoe, to get the water out and reduce the noise.
