The largest Singapore Police Force-led, islandwide multi-agency counter-terrorism exercise to date concluded in the early hours of 18 October 2016. This 2-phase exercise involved more than 2,400 officers from the Home Team and 660 Singapore Armed Forces officers, as well as 60 volunteers from the People's Association.

Apart from raising public awareness on the terrorism threat and encouraging continued vigilance from members of the public, the exercise also served to test and validate inter-agency readiness, coordination and emergency response to a major terrorist incident.
