Frozen Hero vs Nazi Nightmare: Captain America's Escape from New Berlin

In a Nazi-ruled alternate history, a Nazi submarine recovers Captain America frozen in ice. Revived aboard the sub, Cap fights the Nazis until he is sedated. He awakens in New Berlin, formerly New York, now a Nazi showcase with Hitler's image replacing the Statue of Liberty. Chained, he is handed over to an SS officer who explains that America lost World War II twenty years earlier. The officer transports Cap to the Empire State Building, now the Reichstag headquarters, where he comes face-to-face with the Nazi ruler, the Red Skull. The Skull brags of the glories of the Nazi regime and gives Cap a history lesson: after Cap vanished, the tide of war turned against the Allies, and advances in Nazi technology allowed them to develop greater weapons, including the atom bomb, leading to the invasion and conquest of North America.
