Here is a solo squash drill I invented called the Figure Of Four.
Its objective is to practice hitting straight shots from crosscourts.
Let's look at the flight path of the ball.
Do this on both sides of the court for a few minutes each training session.
Step up the difficulty by purposefully hitting the crosscourt to touch the side wall level with yourself.
Do it on the bounce first and then graduate to volleys.
