/ INGREDIENTS /
80g(1/2cup) rice flour
20g(3Tbsp) almond flour
30g(2Tbsp) sugar
30g(2Tbsp) cooking oil
30g(2Tbsp) egg(beaten)

Extra rice flour for dusting

Preheat the oven for 180C / 355F.
1. Put all ingredients in a bowl, and mix until well combined. If it’s fully combined, it will slightly flaky.
2. Place the dough on a flat surface, and flatten with rolling piny. Sprinkle some rice flour if it’s sticky. Cut with cookie cutter and place on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
3. Bake 180C / 355F for 10~15min, until slightly golden in the edge.

*This dough will quite flaky, but it’s totally normal. But when consistency that you can’t even flatten it out, then wrap it and refrigerate for about 30 min, and trying roll out it again.
*If it is still flaky, add a teaspoon of egg more.
