Berta Imeri is a licensed trainer of Advanced Conversational Hypnosis, based on which she has created her own practitioners training - Organic Conversations in Hypnotherapy (OCsH): Advanced Foundations and Mastery Intense Levels - to already qualified hypnotists, coaches, NLPers, CBTers, EFT, EMDR practitioners, psychologists, psychotherapists, and other practitioners in this industry.

How OCsH is basically helping, is by focusing mainly on the therapeutic part of the process instead of the hypnosis part - optimizing the clients' results with less intervention in record time leading to permanent change.

OCsH doesn't require prep work before a session with your client; actually you will not need to prepare at all for that matter, because we can't really now what for we are going to dive in the session before we start it. It's a presenting problem. Not a conscious one that we are going to focus on. It's indeed pretty difficult to prepare for something we have no idea what it is going to be.
It also doesn't require techniques or scripts, because OCsH work on Principles. From principles, you can even create ad hoc techniques, of your owe, if you'll ever need them at all. No more worrying about the depth of trance or analytical clients, because instead of induction, we elicit the naturally emerging unconscious cues. We test the results, therefore the problem is in 99% of cases, ceasing to exist in very short time and permanently.
