When you get the chemical lights, don't be afraid to use them. You have an unlimited amount of them. On your way to get the power back on, don't walk the right path (towards the end of that section). There is a hole that kills you when you fall down. On your way back, you only have two enemies to worry about.

In your third Shade encounter I recommend to just run at the beginning of the chase. You lose valueable time when you throw lights. When you enter the room without Shade knowing where you are, the rest of the first part becomes easy. The second room is a bit harder but overall very similar to your previous Shade encounters. Use the objects (servers?) in the room to block the sight and run away if you can. As far as I know, Shade doesn't hear anything.

Once you have access to your flashlight again, you can freely change between it and the chemical lights.

If you want to trigger the rave Easter Egg for youself, you have to hit the vending machine a total of 15 times. Then, the painting on the wall should fall off automatically when you approach it.

When you get your gun back, use the flammable barrles to your advantage. You may also throw some chemical lights to the other side to have a better view of your surroundings. There is enough ammo to pick up, so don't worry about running out of it.

The last Shade encounter is probably one of the easiest. Just hide behind the pillars and wait for a chance to shoot its head.
