Here's a video breakdown of a game tray made of foamcore I designed to actually use the available space to organize the components of the game rather than just bagging up each component like the makers originally intended. While bagging up items takes up little room, it does increase setup time quite a bit.

I started making my own trays and inserts for my games to find solutions to faster setup and keeping things organized. In some cases it will require discarding the original cardboard dividers used to block off negative spaces.
