Lame Brampton Transit Bus Driver Refuses to Let Us On! 7/25/2024

I among more than ten passengers have been waiting for the 501 at the Queen/Airport stop for more than ten minutes and this is what happens: two buses on the route next to each other pull up. The first one at 0:00 was busy, but the second one happened to be one of Brampton Transit's brand new XD60 diesel articulated buses and it stopped a few metres behind the one in front. Me and a few more passengers walked to try to board 2479 in hopes it would be less busy, which it was. When we got there, this lame driver closed the door and I thought he would pull up to the stop after the one in front departed. He kinda did but PREVENTED us from letting us on the bus for NO FREAKING REASON and he left! We were waiting a long time for a bus and this is the treatment we get from a rude bus driver. He sees the bus in front picking up passengers and he knows it's crowded, but doesn't pick us up on his less crowded bus. It was crowded on the one in front and didn't want to squeeze ourselves on it. Anyway a minute after he rudely left us there, we were able to board a third bus which wasn't busy at all.

Drivers like him need to be more professional! That is NOT how you treat customers who need to get to where they need to go, and for those that want to be safe and comfortable. What a loser.
