In Sudoku Speed Solving Beginner Tutorial - Part 1 of 3 by Smart Hobbies, I show you how to solve Sudoku puzzles lightning quick using what I call the Ordinal Solving Method. I apply the cognitive approach used by Rubik’s Cube Speed Cubers to Sudoku in order to simplify your decision making process as much as possible. Speed Cubers memorize and practice solving algorithms to create mental shortcuts in their mind, also known as heuristics. In this video, I list and explain the 4 Sudoku strategies you will need to start speed solving along with speed solving basics which will help you create your own speed solving heuristics. At the end of the video, I how to solve Easy puzzles on Sudoku.com in less than 2 minutes using the Ordinal Solving Method.
