3-1-1 Palette of the Week: Too Faced Chocolate Bar Palette

Here is another video in the “3-1-1 Palette of the Week” series and today’s featured palette is the original Chocolate Bar Palette by Too Faced. This has been one of my all time favorite palettes and in fact, this is the second one I’ve owned! I think you can get some really neutral, everyday looks or amp it up and go for a dramatic evening look.
