Chutney

1. Add 1 spoon Oil in a pan
2. Add 5-6 Green Chillis
3. Add 1-2 spoon Cumin Seeds
4. Add 1 Cup Chana Dal
5. Add 1 cup Urag Dal
6. Add 3 cups of Powdered Coconut
7.Stir it for 5-7 minutes
8. Grind the Mixture with Coriander Leaves +1 Spoon Salt
9. Tadka - Fry 1 spoon Mustard seeds + 5-7 Red Chillis + 1 Spoon Hing
10. Mix the Tadka with Grinded Chutney.


Aloo Palya

1. Pressure cook 8-10 Potatoes for 2-3 whistles
2. Add Oil in a pan
3. Add 1 Spoon Mustard Seeds
4. Add 1 Spoon Chana Dal + 1 Spoon Urag Dal
5. Add 2 Red Chillis
6. Add chopped Onion +5-6 Green Chillis
7. Fry the Onion for 3-5 minutes
8. Add 1 spoon of Turmeric Powder
9. Add boiled potatoes and mash it
10. Add 1 spoon salt + 2 spoons of water
11. Add chopped Coriander on top of the Aloo Palya

Paddu Batter Preparation

1.Wash and soak Urag dal for 30 minutes.
2. Soak rice flour for 30 minutes adding water just to cover it.
3. Grind the Urag dal to a smooth,thick paste adding enough water,say 1/2 to 1 cup.
4. Now add the soaked rice flour to Urag dal batter.Add the required salt.Grind again to a smooth paste.
5.Make sure the batter is not too thick

Add the Batter into Paddu Tava. Reverse the Paddu after 2-3 minutes.
