오늘(2022. 1. 14)부터 입주를 시작하는 신축 아파트 루원시티SK리더스뷰 아파트단지를 둘러봅니다. 루원시티SK리더스뷰 아파트는 인천시 서구 가정로 437 일대에 위치하고 있으며 인천 지하철 2호선 가정역에서 도보 1분내에 위치한 초역세권 아파트이며 2027년에 예정된 7호선 루원시티역으로 교통의 편의성의 증대가 기대되는 단지입니다. 단지 길 건너편에 인천가현초등학교와 가현중학교, 그리고 인천신현고등학교가 나란히 있어 학세권의 환경 속에 있습니다. 루원시티SK리더스뷰 아파트는 총 11개동 2,378가구로 구성된 아파트와 1개동 726가구의 오피스텔로 총 3,104 세대의 매머드급 대단위 아파트단지입니다.

We walk around a new apartment complex in Incheon, Korea. As the name of apartment is Lu1 City SK Leaders' View, it was constructed by SK Construction. The apartment was recently completed construction, so residents started moving in the apartment from today Jan. 14, 2022. It takes around 1 minute from the apartment complex to Gajeong Subway Station, Line 2 of Incheon. This complex is consisted of totally 3,104 households with 11 apartment buildings and 1 office-tel building. We will be able to make out on a popular residential trend of new apartment in Korea these days by looking around the apartment complex.
