When to Repot Your Tropical Plants ✨🌿 Is your tropical plant getting a bit cramped in its pot? If it’s starting to outgrow its current home, it’s time for a repotting refresh! Late winter to early spring is the perfect time to repot your indoor tropicals, like my Anthurium today. 🌱

Here’s how I repotted mine:

1. Choose a Pot that’s 1-2 sizes bigger—I'm moving from a 6” to an 8” pot. Make sure it has drainage! 🌱
2. Add a layer of Miracle-Gro® Tropical Potting Mix to the base, and level the plant to the same height it was in its original pot (leave the throat of the plant open). 🌿
3. Loosen the roots gently to encourage expansion. 🪴
4. Add more soil around the plant to fill in the pot and water it down to settle the soil. 🌊
5. After 10-14 days, fertilize your plant and watch it thrive in its new shoes! 👢

Voila! Your tropical plant is ready to grow! 🌱💚
