Dramatic Surrender Appeal Video from Jammu and Kashmir

Video of Indian Army personnel making an appeal to a terrorist to surrender is going viral on social media. The video is said to be of Jammu and Kashmir where the Indian Army made an emotional appeal to the terrorist asking him to surrender. This appeal by the army worked and the terrorist eventually surrendered with his AK47. The other terrorist was killed in this operation in Kashmir a day before.
