~•INGREDIENTS ~•

• Chicken thigh : 1 kg
•| STEP:01 ( CHILLI PASTE )

• Whole Papper: 8 g
• Kashmiri red chilli: 10 g
. Onion 1 slice
• Water: 1 cup

•| STEP: 02

• Chilli paste: 70 percent
• Ginger garlic paste: 15 g
• Papaya: 20 g
SORRY CLIP MISSING ADD ( 1 tbsp soya sauce )
• Crushed coriander: 5 g
• Crushed cumin: 15 g
• Black papper: 15 g
• Salt: 9 g / according to your taste
• Mustard oil: 1 tbsp
• Oil/Ghee: 1 tbsp
• Citric acid: 2 pinch

•| STEP: 03 ( Drizzling Sauce )

• Worchester sauce: ¼ cup
• Chilli paste: remaining 30 percent
