Can AI actually support our mental health?
Are these bots helping us—or quietly making us more dependent?
What happens when companies turn therapy into code?

I spoke with therapist Dr. Candice Thompson, dug into research from MIT and Dartmouth, and uncovered a heartbreaking lawsuit involving Character.AI.
