Shortly after changing their name from Sweet Children to Green Day, this band performed at the annual Foreign Foods Day at Pinole Valley High School in Pinole, California. I this filmed on May 10, 1990. The quality is good because I used a professional quality Sony video camera - not a camcorder. There is another tape made at the same time using a camcorder. Also I think Bob Yost made filmed with his camera as well and those videos are also posted somewhere on youtube.
