In this video:

We discuss the mistakes you might be making on your fat loss phases (cutting). If you are losing strength every time you cut, you’re cutting wrong.

A couple of years ago, I cut from 213lbs to 180lbs and I maintained 100% of my strength, I even got stronger on the bench press!

In this video, I’m going to tell you the mistakes you’re making in your cut and give you a better way so that you can get lean whilst still being strong.

A few years ago, I was in exactly the same position you are in now. I was following generic intermediate strength training programs like Wendler 5/3/1, Starting Strength, Texas Method and 5x5.

I made barely any progress, I thought I had to gain a ton of weight to get stronger and was frustrated at my lack of progress.

When I finally did my first few cuts and tried to lose some bodyfat and improve my physique, I switched up my training in the gym drastically and lost a bunch of muscle and strength.

I want to help you avoid making the same mistakes as I did and get bigger/stronger than me, in half the time it took me to do!
