Evo jedne od ideja kako napraviti veoma ukusan i dekorativan posni rolat. Sa vrlo malo namirnica napravićete predivno slano predjelo. Može biti i u masnoj varijanti ali verujte mi razlike u ukusu i nema. Nadam se da će vam poslužiti ovaj recept, napravite I bićete više nego oduševljeni a gosti će biti prezadovoljni ukusom a I izgledom ovog predivnog rolata.

POTREBNE NAMIRNICE:
• 8 kašika brašna
• 1 kesica (14g) prađka za pecivo
• 150 ml ulja
• 1 kašičica soli
• 250 ml gazirane vode (postepeno dodavati)
• Sitno iseckani spanać(količina po vašoj želji)
• 9 listova gotovih kora ( moje kore su tanke)
Peći na 180°C(360°F) 15-20 minuta
Pokriti mokrom krpom i sačekati da se prohladi
Za fil je potrebno :
• 1 veći praziluk
• 450 g svežih pečuraka
Sitno iseckati i blago propržiti
Dodati začine , biber i so po vašem ukusu
Koru premazati sa 3 kašike posnog majoneza
Rolat ostaviti u frižideru preko noći a sutradan servirati

Here is one of the ideas how to make a very tasty and decorative Lenten roll. With very few ingredients you will make a wonderful savory appetizer. It can be in the fatty version, but believe me, there is no difference in taste. I hope this recipe will serve you, make it and you will be more than delighted, and your guests will be delighted with the taste and appearance of this wonderful roll.

GROCERIES NEEDED:
• 8 spoons of flour
• 1 bag (14g) baking powder
• 150 ml of oil
• 1 teaspoon of salt
• 250 ml of carbonated water (add gradually)
• Finely chopped spinach (as much as you like)
• 9 sheets of filo pastry crusts (my crusts are thin)
Bake at 180°C (360°F) for 15-20 minutes
Cover with a wet cloth and wait to cool
For the filling you need:
• 1 large leek
• 450 g of fresh mushrooms
Finely chop and lightly fry
Add spices, pepper and salt to your taste
Coat the crust with 3 tablespoons of Lenten(vegan) mayonnaise
Leave the roll in the fridge overnight and serve the next day
