OODA Loop: How The Taliban Used It

This short clip was taken from a speech titled ‘The Theory of Winning’ which was delivered by Roderic Yapp at the Centre for Army Leadership in February 2019.

Roderic is a former Royal Marines Officer who served in Afghanistan, Libya and off the coast of Somalia. He left the Royal Marines to coach leaders in Operational Excellence in the Nuclear Sector before founding Leadership Forces in 2015. He now works with Organisations in both the public and private sector helping them to develop high performing cultures by developing strong leaders.
