Here is a healthy way to satisfy your sweet tooth with a no-bake, sugar free recipe for Dark Chocolate Walnut Date Bars. These bars are full of healthy vitamins, minerals and protein which a great source of energy.

Ingredients:
220 gms walnuts
250 gms dates (de-seeded)
2 tsp vanilla essence
1 1/2 tbsp peanut butter
1/4 tsp salt
90 gms dark chocolate
1 tbsp butter

Steps:
1. Grind walnuts in a blender to make coarse powder
2. Add de-seeded dates, 1 tsp vanilla essence, 1 1/2 tbps peanut butter and 1/4 tsp salt into the same blender
3. Blend all the ingredients until they bind together
4. Transfer the mix into a bowl
5. Flatten the mix using a spatula and refrigerate for 25-30 mins
6. Melt the chocolate and butter and mix them both together
7. Pour the mixed chocolate and butter mix on the refrigerated bar mix
8. Garnish with ground walnuts
9. Refrigerate the mix for 15-20 mins
10. Take out the mix and cut into bars
