Perfectly Soft and Juicy Laddu - No String consistency | Secrets and Tips behind easy Boondi Laddu!!

Easy way of making Boondi laddoo-secrets and tips behind it with detailed easy steps!!

Instructions with Tips::
STEP 1:
Firstly, Prepare the sugar syrup in a large kadai with 1 cup of sugar and 1/2 cup of water. Boil it until the sugar syrup turns sticky. No need of string consistency. Add ½ tsp cardamom powder and mix well. Keep it aside.
STEP 2:
Now, to prepare the boondi, in a bowl take 1 cup besan. Whisk it with water making sure there are no lumps in the batter.
*Further, add water slowly, and make smooth flowing consistency batter. If the batter is watery, then the boondi will turn flat and if it is too thick, then the boondi will be formed with a tail.
*Boondi can be prepared using an oil strainer or boodi laddle.
*Pour the prepared besan batter slowly, making sure the drops of besan fall into the oil.Do not overcrowd the boondis as they stick to each other.
*Prepare small boondi in batches and put them in sugar syrup.
STEP 3:
Once all the boondis are added, turn On the stove, add nuts and cloves and mix it until the sugar syrup is well coated. Turn Off the flame after 5 mins.
After 20 mins, you can make the laddoos.
