Miss Continental Plus '99 presentation of contestants, category winners, top 13, and Michelle Dupree

My first Miss Venus Continental Plus was the late Chelsea Pearl, and I couldn't have been prouder of her placing first runner-up. It was such a privilege and pleasure to work with her and her long-time husband Marcus Sumner. Not that I had to really do anything. Her and Marcus were such a power couple when it came to competing. Chelsea with her beauty and talent, and Marcus with his skills and talent creating costumes, feather fans, and evening gowns. Another one of my Venus Continental Plus girls later was Desiree Demornay. Both of which, eventually won the title. Desiree in 2006 and Chelsea in 2011.

I will be sharing the rest of this pageant as well as Miss Continental Plus 2002 and 2007 over the next few days. I'd get it all uploaded tonight, if I didn't have to work. Believe me when I say, I'd rather do this, that sort boxes at UPS, but Daddy's got to pay the bills, lol.
