Did you know you can connect more than one camera to your computer to use with Zoom. That means that during a Zoom meeting or Zoom webinar you can use a better camera, like your mirrorless or camcorder. This is great for teaching or to demonstrate something. It means you can get a better angle, get close up or wide. If you are cooking you can also keep the computer away from any spillages, steam, flour or oil if you are frying.

What is also helpful is that you can have more than one camera and switch between them. Very useful if you need to see the presenter and then closeup on something, or just to get a different perspective.

More and more camera manufacturers are making it easy to connect their cameras as webcams with out any additional hardware except for a USB cable, here are two videos to show you the Canon EOS R and GoPro Hero8 Black that I use here:
