We’re excited to share that the Shania Twain Foundation and the Marner Assist Foundation successfully joined forces to build a brand-new playground at Mactier Public School! After eight years of dedicated fundraising by the school’s Parent Council, we reached the goal, and construction began on August 19, 2024. This new playground now offers a safe, fun space for kids to learn and grow. A huge thank you to everyone who made this possible! A formal dedication ceremony to unveil the accessible playground took place on Friday, August 30, 2024 with Mitch Marner of your Toronto Maple Leaf’s and his family members will be present, along with this special video message from Shania!
