Prabhu Bank will be issuing 20 lakh units at 10% debentures for 8 years from tomorrow. Its face value is Rs.1000.  Among 20 lakh units of debentures; 12 lakh units is separated for institutional investors, 760,000 units for general public and rest 40,000 units for mutual funds.
