The Arp Of Darkness continues to evolve with free firmware updates that add functionality and features. In this latest firmware update, it gets the ability to save the buffer sequence on the fly so you can automatically load it the next time you power on your system, or load it live during a performance.

This opens up the ability to create a musical phrase, save it, mutate and change the phrase over time, and then recall it, either immediately (Instant Load) or at the end of the current playing sequence (Cued Load).

This update also add the ability to clear the buffer allowing you to start rebuilding your buffer sequence manually anytime you want.

Finally, I'll discuss the new front panel for the Arp Of Darkness, and a free way to update it yourself if you are the DIY type.
