Instructions
1. Prepare the tofu:
• Crumble the pressed tofu into small pieces (to resemble ground meat).
• In a bowl, mix the tofu with 1 tbsp Grace browning until evenly coated.
• Heat 1 tbsp of olive oil in a large skillet. Add the browned tofu and sauté over medium heat for 8-10 minutes until golden and slightly crisp. Set aside.
2. Cook the aromatics:
• In the same skillet, heat the remaining 1 tbsp of olive oil. Sauté the onions and garlic until softened and fragrant (about 3-5 minutes).
