Let's talk about these Strawberry Cheesecake Pancakes. Thick and Fluffy pancakes with a cheesecake swirl right in the batter. Cooked until Nice and crispy. Then topped with the sugar syrupry Strawberries. And of course topped with whip cream, can't forget the whip cream.
Ingredients below.

Cheesecake Swirl:
1/2 Block (4 oz) Cream Cheese, Softened.
3 Tbsp Granulated Sugar.
1/4 Tsp Vanilla Extract.
2 Tbsp Whole Milk.

Pancake Batter:
1 1/2 Cups All Purpose Flour.
3 1/2 Tsp Baking Powder.
1 Tsp Salt.
1 Tbsp White Sugar.
1 1/4 Cups Whole Milk.
1 Egg
4 Tbsp Butter, Melted.
