In the Thundering Herd's first home football game since the 1970 plane crash, Marshall hosted Xavier in an emotional game. Featured here at the video highlights from the first three quarters of the game, and a photo montage of the fourth quarter (as the coach's film for the 4th quarter was unsalvageable). Halftime also featured an incident with the live buffalo mascot. The final play of the game would forever go down in Marshall lore.
