RPG Multi Axis Robotic Spray Paint Machine with Dryer

RPG Multi Axis robotic spray paint machine with a dryer on chain belt conveyor. Pallet is loaded from conveyor loading station then move automatically to spray booth for proper spray painting by preset motion. Spray gun is flexible triggered on touch screen.
It can be programmed to paint on different objects within design capacity. According to paint properties and spraying requirements, a fluid controller can be connected for precise flow rate control.

Spraying is PLC central control, we only need to put in basic digits on touch screen for quick configuration. Machine then will automatic trace spraying by required motions.

The painting system is very flexible setup and could be deeply tailored to meet with specific production requirements.
