Pay what you can for art supplies?

Hi friends! Have you heard of thrift shopping for art supplies? I recently learned about Propagate Studios where they have a pay for what you can art supply store. The owner, Sam Mathews, was incredibly generous with her time to give us a full studio tour, as well as a sit down interview about how the space came to be.
