ਭਾਰਤ ਦੇ ਪੰਜਾਬ ਸੂਬੇ ਦੇ ਪਿੰਡ ਹਥੋਆ (ਜ਼ਿਲਾ ਮਲੇਰਕੋਟਲਾ) ਦੇ ਕਿਸਾਨ ਗੁਰਸਿਮਰਨ ਸਿੰਘ ਖੇਤੀ ਵਿੱਚ ਵੱਖਰੇ ਤਜ਼ਰਬੇ ਕਰਨ ਲਈ ਜਾਣੇ ਜਾਂਦੇ ਹਨ। ਗੁਰਸਿਮਰਨ ਸਿੰਘ ਨੇ ਇਸ ਵਾਰ ਪੰਜਾਬ ਦੇ ਲੋਕਲ ਬੀਜ਼ ਤੋਂ ਕਣਕ ਦੀ ਫ਼ਸਲ ਲਈ ਹੈ ਜੋ ਕਿ ਚਾਰ ਹਜ਼ਾਰ ਸਾਲ ਪੁਰਾਣਾ ਬੀ ਮੰਨਿਆ ਜਾਂਦਾ ਹੈ। ਗੁਰਸਿਮਰਨ ਸਿੰਘ ਦਾ ਦਾਅਵਾ ਹੈ ਕਿ ਇਹ ਕਣਕ ਦਾ ਬੀਜ਼ ਪੰਜਾਬ ਦੇ ਮੌਸਮ ਮੁਤਾਬਕ ਉੱਤਮ ਹੈ। ਇਸ ਵੀਡੀਓ ਵਿੱਚ ਕਣਕ ਦੇ ਇਸ ਬੀਜ਼ ਦੀ ਖੇਤੀ ਅਤੇ ਇਸਦੇ ਅਸਲੀ ਬੀਜ਼ ਦੀ ਪਛਾਣ ਬਾਰੇ ਗੱਲਬਾਤ ਕੀਤੀ ਗਈ ਹੈ।
