The AS-44 Experience | Enlisted

The AS-44 Type 4 is the weapon that comes with the Allied part of the premium Battle of Berlin: Offensive bundle in Enlisted. The squad itself features five soldiers, with one being an engineer. The fact that the engineer in this squad is equipped the same way as the other assaulters in the squad makes it a very powerful squad alone, and the soldiers even have body armor! The gun both looks like an AK pattern rifle and feels very similar to the AK-47 from the Modern Conflict event that was held earlier. It hits hard, shoots fast, has 30-round mags, and has clean sights in my opinion. The only thing that the AS-44 lacks is a fast reload speed, but all the other benefits from this gun and squad easily make up for it. Unfortunately, this beast of a weapon comes at a price of $60 for the bundle which also gives you the StG-45 squad; however, Darkflow/Gaijin have stated that other models of the AS-44 will come to the game in the normal campaign progression system thankfully. Overall, the AS-44 is an amazing weapon, and an extremely good squad if you're willing to shell out the steep price point.
