1. Gather all documents:
passport copy
visa copy
I-94 CARD print from here:

2. DS-160 and prepare corporate documentation
3. Fill out the application for Social Security Card: https://www.ssa.gov/forms/ss-5.pdf
4. Go to Social Security Office - find the local office depending on where you have a registered office, or your residency.

5. Receive a SSN within 1-2 weeks in the mail.
