International Animal Flow Day 2024 Highlights

We celebrated the 4th annual International Animal Flow Day this past August 28, 2024, with more than 250+ jams spanning 59 countries. While we showcased 100+ groups in Instagram posts throughout the #IAFD2024 week, we still had WAY more events taking place. So, we put together this 15 minute video to highlight ALL the amazing jams that were able to send us video clips of their jams. We are mesmerized to see how thousands of Flowists around the world were able to perform the same Flow with such incredible synchronization.

Each IAFD gets even bigger and better and none of this would be possible without our incredible AF Family of instructors around the globe. We’re already pumped for #IAFD2025! 🙌🌎
