Basic Weapon Forms of Zenshin Aikijitsu

This video is designed to be an aid to the Zenshin Aikijitsu student, there is no real explanation or "instruction". This video is designed only to demonstrate the basic / beginner Bokken and Jo forms of the system. This video may not be helpful to those who are not within the Zenshin system being that there is no real explanation or break down of the movements or the two person applications. As well, lastly there are two of the older, and no longer used empty hand kid kata from an early version of the system designed to impart skills in a more Karate fashion. In an earlier format of the Zenshin Aikijitsu system kids' classes were more Karate like, the idea was that kids would be more use to such a format and parents of said children seemed to prefer a Karate like system for their kids rather than a more combative and effective system like Zenshin Aikijitsu. This system was later dropped in favor of a more Do version of the Jitsu techniques, allowing the children to flow easier into adult classes, which did not have a Karate format to them.
