AyurYoga Eco-Ashram is a traditional Ayurveda and Yoga Ashram in India, with an unique approach of non-religious, non-sectarian (no-gurus) moderate spirituality. Teachers and teachings are from diverse background and encourage the students to learn the various perspectives of Yoga, rather than one style of yoga.

We have an experience of offering 86+ Yoga Teacher Trainings since 2010, both 200 and 300 hours yoga teacher trainings. We also offer small group Ayurveda Retreats and Yoga Retreats for Beginners and Advanced Yogis all year around, besides education courses on Ayurveda.

Our passion for Organic Farming and Permaculture resulted in converting 18 acres barren land into a Sacred Forest.
