The Mattson 2 have been a local favorite of ours for years and we were thrilled when they came into the studio for this intimate session. Their liveliness and bright personalities brought the room to life. The three tracks they chose to do are from their new LP entitled "Paradise" out on Chaz Bundick's Company Records, which charted Billboard at #1 Contemp. Jazz, #2 Jazz, #20 Alternative and landed features in the Washington Post and Pitchfork. No matter the magnitude of their success they stay true to their roots. These Jazz twins amazed us with their almost telepathically conceived music. Whether they are creating magic in a little sushi house or rocking a big festival stage the audience can expect a unique and all out performance from these local legends.
