Review of DHA Phase II Islamabad | Street View

There is no doubt that DHA has a great reputation in terms of its quality work and in providing the best planning of residential and commercial projects in its various sectors around Pakistan. There is great competition between Bahria Town and DHA in Pakistan.

The prices of plots are comparatively high in all DHA Schemes in Pakistan. There is another benefit for its residents that reputed banks such as HBL provide loans for housing etc. on mortgage of houses in DHA whereas such a facility is not available in Bahria Town.

In this video, I have reviewed DHA II Islamabad which is already developed except DHA 2 Extension. Still, there seems to be a lot of potential for investors, particularly for overseas Pakistanis who are willing to buy or invest money in DHA Phase II Islamabad. Since this is already a developed project therefore residential and commercial plots are limited.
