Gaggiuino - making smart coffee

The most complex "tinkering" project I've ever done. I thought I would complete it in 1 day (1-week max). It took me over a month (not counting ordering the parts). But it was well worth it. It really makes great coffee, and it has tons of new features, resolving all the things the stock machine was lacking.
